Three Day Wedding Celebration

In the fall of 2024, we hosted a three-day Indian-American wedding celebration for 300 guests. Our goal was to ensure seamless coordination and clear communication of all event details, so both vendors and clients felt confident in their roles and responsibilities.

Day 1 featured the Sangeet, where guests were entertained with choreographed dances, vibrant attire, and authentic bites. Day 2 brought the Baraat, a lively “moving block party” leading up to the afternoon ceremony. To wrap up the weekend, Day 3 saw our couple celebrate their second ceremony with a spectacular tented reception, complete with an incredible band, a 32-foot bar, and, of course, an outfit change.
